Pacific Peaks Roofing Reviews
We would rather point you at the real thing than quote ourselves. Our reviews live on our Google Business Profile, where homeowners wrote them and where nobody at Pacific Peaks can edit or remove one. Here is what they add up to today, how to read them yourself, and what else you can verify before you let anyone on your roof.
Where our reviews actually live
That link is the whole set, in the order Google puts them, good and less good. We quote six of them below - but a page of testimonials a company picked about itself is always worth less than the unfiltered list, so read the source if you want the real picture. Not every one of the twelve is five stars, and the one that is not is on that list too.
The number moves as homeowners write. If the count above is behind what you see on Google, trust Google.
What customers actually said
Six of the twelve, copied across word for word. The other six - including the one that is not five stars - are on the profile, and the link above goes straight to all of them.
- "Excellent work, the roof looks great. The workers did a good job of cleaning up after their workday and we are very satisfied with the results. Not the cheapest roofer, but you get what you pay for and we are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the work." - Beth Hatcher, August 2026
- "As a Realtor I recommend Luke and his crew often! Pacific Peaks offers excellent workmanship, quality materials, responsive communication, professionalism, and reasonable pricing." - Marcia Compton, August 2026
- "Pacific Peaks Roofing did an excellent job for us. The roof and rain gutters look absolutely beautiful. They were on time everyday, and cleaned up there job site everyday and finished on time." - Michelle Langille, August 2026
- "Always quick responses and communicates well overall. They are always there to help me get jobs done before a closing date with my clients. I truly appreciate local companies that are easy to work with and do great work." - Kelsey Peterson, August 2026
- "These guys rock, 10/10 experience. Bid was right, guys were professional and they cleaned up everything!" - Isaac Clark, August 2026
- "Great work replacing a leaking porch roof and some old gutters. Quick, friendly, professional crew, easy to communicate with and more than fair with prices." - Ryan Chandler, December 2025
Two of those are from real-estate agents who send us their clients, which is the referral we are proudest of - an agent puts their own reputation on the line every time they hand out a name.
What we do not do on this page
- No invented quotes. Everything below is copied word for word from Google, typos and all, from people who are named there.
- No star ratings buried in the page code to try to get gold stars in search results. Google ignores those when a business publishes them about itself, and we would rather the rating you see came from Google than from us.
- No review count that quietly stops being updated. The figure above carries the date we checked it.
- No screenshots of reviews. A screenshot cannot be clicked through to the source, which is the only thing that makes a review worth anything.
For scale, and because it is the honest context: we are a young company. Twelve reviews is not a decade of them. What we would rather you weigh is that every one of them is real and checkable, and that the other things on this page can be verified by a stranger in about five minutes.
What you can verify about us in five minutes
- Check the license. We are licensed, bonded, and insured under Oregon CCB #254443. Look that number up on the Oregon Construction Contractors Board registry and you will see the status, the bond, and the insurance for yourself.
- Call and see who answers. We are a Florence-based family business. Call 541-690-8089 and you are talking to the people who do the work, not a call center booking appointments for a crew from out of the area.
- Ask who is accountable. Pacific Peaks manages the whole job and stands behind it. The work on your roof is held to our standards and overseen by us, so you always know whose name is on it.
- Ask for it in writing. You get a clear written estimate and a written workmanship warranty, so the commitments are on paper rather than in somebody's memory.
If we have worked on your home
We would genuinely appreciate a review, and we would rather have an honest three-star one than a five-star one somebody felt pressured into. If something on your job was not right, tell us before you write it and give us the chance to put it right, because that is the part we can actually do something about.
You can leave one directly on our Google Business Profile, or call 541-690-8089 or use our Contact form and we will send you the link.
The work these reviews come from
The homeowners who have reviewed us are on the coast and in the valley, and the jobs are the ones this climate demands. On the coast, from Newport down through Coos Bay, that means roofs that have to stand up to salt air, wind-driven rain, and constant damp. Inland, from Eugene out to Roseburg, it means shade, moss, and a hard swing between summer heat and winter wet.
Whether it is Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration architectural shingles, standing-seam metal, PVC or TPO membrane, or seamless gutters, what these reviews reflect is coastal and valley roofing done by a local roofer who lives with the same weather you do.
Frequently asked questions
How many reviews does Pacific Peaks Roofing have?
4.9 stars from 12 reviews on our Google Business Profile as of 27 August 2026. The live count is on Google, and if it disagrees with this page, Google is right.
Why are there no customer quotes on this page?
Because quotes a company picks about itself are the weakest form of proof there is. We link to the full unfiltered list on Google instead, where you can read every review we have, in Google's order, and see the ones we did not choose.
How can I check out Pacific Peaks Roofing beyond the reviews?
Verify our license, bond, and insurance under Oregon CCB #254443 on the state Construction Contractors Board registry, call 541-690-8089 to talk to the people who do the work, and ask for the scope and the workmanship term in writing before you sign anything.
Can I leave a review if you have worked on my home?
Yes, and we would appreciate it. You can leave one on our Google Business Profile, or call 541-690-8089 or use our Contact form and we will send you the link. If something was not right, tell us first so we have a chance to fix it.
